In a toxic political environment, some question if having a real conversation around people’s prejudices is possible. The Leadership Lab, a non-partisan nonprofit initiative out of the LA LGBT Center, has succeeded – as featured in a New York Times Magazine profile – around LGBT-related prejudice. They are now exploring how their tools can be useful around sexism, racism, Islamaphobia, anti-Semitism, and xenophobia.
