Shabbat + Sand + Crashing Waves = Replenishing Goodness
Join Rabbi Benjamin Ross for an LBT Shabbat Beach Walk: Saturday, December 16th at 10am.
There is so much magnificence in the ocean and Shabbat too – take advantage of one of the great benefits of living in Los Angeles (the beaches – Shabbat is everywhere)!
Where: We will gather in front of Perry’s Café in Santa Monica right on the Ocean Front Walk, just West of where Ocean Park Blvd runs into the Pacific Ocean (not the Perry’s just north of there). As a GPS point of reference, Dorothy Green Park is sandwiched between Perry’s and the parking lot. There is $1 an hour parking just south of where Ocean Park Blvd hits Barnard Way. Turn into the parking lot on the right. Honestly, it could not be easier.
Preparation: Grab an iced latte, and prepare to sink your toes into the sand, receive some poetry, catch some soft ocean breeze and open to the Torah of the universe. Leave refreshed and renewed.
