Learning Opportunities

At Leo Baeck Temple, we view Jewish education as a lifelong pursuit, leading people to live their personal and communal lives in consonance with Jewish values.  Jewish study is more than an intellectual exercise.  We believe it can address life’s significant questions and touch the deepest part of our lives.  We seek to provide educational programs for every age, interest, and level of passion.  Our educational programs provide the knowledge and teach the fundamental skills of Jewish living so that individuals can feel comfortable as Jews at home, in the synagogue, and in the community, all while creating their own way of living Jewishly.

We are a community of learners.  Our educational agenda is set by the creativity and commitment of our members.  Our rabbis and cantor are always active participants in providing inspiring and meaningful educational experiences for Jewish learning.  We also take full advantage of our many talented and learned congregants, who volunteer to lead a number of our most popular programs.  Each year, new classes and programs are offered.
