While the world is rife with turbulence, we have the capacity to cultivate a more peaceful spiritual core. To be good at anything takes practice. This is true for meditation as well.
From Chanukah to Passover, over the course of 16 weeks, we will explore starting or strengthening a Jewish mindfulness practice. Through a mix of teachings, reflections, one-to-one connections, and weekly sit opportunities, each person will playfully encounter their resistance to establishing their own practice and identify their own cadence for carving out time for stillness.
